In a small village struck by famine, a faithful farmer lost his crops. His neighbours mocked his faith, saying, “Where is your God now?” But the farmer replied, “If I thrive, God is good. If I suffer, God is still good.” Months later, heavy rains came. Because his land had rested, it yielded double the harvest. People marvelled, and many turned to the Lord.
As believers, we must adopt heaven’s lens. Whether in trials or triumphs, our lives are meant to reflect God’s glory.
Pain refines us, and blessings reveal His goodness. The world may not understand, but our trust declares that God is sovereign over all.
Paul, the apostle, affirms this truth:
“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose” (Romans 8:28).
Child of God, no matter what happens—good or bad—God uses it to shape you and reveal His glory through you. Keep trusting.
